Canfield, a senior from Wakeman majoring in psychology and political communication for social change, received the College’s top leadership award, which recognizes the graduating senior “who is respected by the entire College community, has a dynamic and optimistic personality and has made a significant contribution to the campus.” Reynolds said her service and leadership activities are “numerous and rich,” and encompass both the campus and greater Wilmington community. Among her activities are president of Service Leaders Executive Board, a student member of Sugartree Ministries’ Board and a veteran of a half dozen Washington, D.C. lobbying trips. She’s been an exemplar of a servant leader the past four years as a result of her selfless service to others. “Megan’s made a genuine difference in my life and in the life of the College,” Reynolds added.
